♥ Age: 30-something on the outside, but a 97-year-old grandpa on the inside.
♥ Gender: Female (heterosexual)
♥ Location, location, location! Currently in the mountain paradise that is Asheville, NC. Otherwise known as: Beer City USA, The Paris of the South, and Ashelandia. True story.
♥ Occupation: Freelance writer, aspiring novelist, jewelry maker & craftsman.
♥ Appearance: I actually take the worst pictures ever, so I don't have a GPOY for this. I'm mostly Italian (Caucasian), with dark curly hair and hazel eyes.
♥ What I plurk about: Mainly RP, fandom, and random things that I find amusing. I reserve RL stuff for my journal (which you are free to friend!) and the rare f-locked plurk.
♥ How often I plurk: Infrequently. When I get busy or overwhelmed in RL, social media tends to slip. And if I don't feel like I have anything interesting to say, I don't say anything at all! I'm usually on-line, but sometimes I go days or weeks without updating. :D?
♥ Plurk reliability: If you send me a notif, I will eventually get to it (unless Plurk has eaten it, as it tends to do), but if I'm not active on Plurk it can be better just to e-mail me.
♥ Fandoms I love: Farscape, MCU, Star Trek (TNG/all), Westerns
♥ Fandoms I like (and will gush about nearly as much): Doctor Who, The Librarians, Pushing Daisies, Firefly, Ugly Betty, Longmire (OMG BEST SHOW), Stargate SG-1, BSG, Batman, Marvel comics, Fruits Basket, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Haven, Lord of the Rings, Galavant, The Blacklist, old movies ... I could keep going, you guys. I love a lot of things.
♥ Music I like: Dave Matthews Band, Andrew Bird, and Elliott Smith are among my favorites, but I will listen to e v e r y t h i n g . My music collection is wide and sprawling. Johnny Cash, Journey, Billy Joel, Aerosmith, Florence + the Machine, Mumford & Sons, Big Bad Voodoo Daddies, Queen, Sky Came Falling, AC/DC, The Who, The Ramones, David Bowie, Ryan Adams, Wallflowers, Third Eye Blind, etc etc etc.
♥ Other things I do: Art is my life. I write, paint, draw (pencils, charcoals, etc), sing, dance, compose, act, photograph, and so on. I love horseback riding and gentle hikes, and I love cruising downtown Asheville for a brew and a show. I'm deep into the beauty of the living world around me, I love to travel and would do it 24/7 if I could afford it, and I write. I write all kinds of things. Did I mention I write?
